Dear friends and partners, we are glad to invite you to the final event of one of our most ambitious and – we think – most successful projects yet.
The topic of youth not in employment, education and training is Europe wide. Civic society and regional cooperation and coordination have proved to be a success strategy to mitigate the problem.
We invite you to participate in the International Conference focussing on “Communities for Youth: Intervention and Impact“, as part of the European project ‘ComNetNEET’. It will provide you with an opportunity to learn about the findings of the project and join the debate and discussion.
[October 20, Tuesday, 11.00 – 17.00 CET; 10:00 – 16:00 UK; Language: English]
You can register at https://forms.gle/hxAPgrFERuKmM3BX7 until the 16th of October. After your registration, you will receive the link to connect to the Zoom platform by email.

The ComNetNEET Project focuses on young people who are currently NEET and on the communities that integrate them. The main priorities of the project are social inclusion, the acquisition of relevant and quality skills, and the development of partnerships between companies and entities in the vocational education and training system (VET) to promote learning in the workplace. It started in September 2017 and ends in October 2020.
This is a multiplier event of the European project coordinated by CECOA – Vocational Training Centre for the Commerce and Services, having as partners Lisbon City Council, the Portuguese Catholic University and TESE – Association for Development; in addition to other European partners from Germany, ISOB; Italy, CPV; Spain, Ronsel Foundation and the United Kingdom, The Tavistock Institute.
